And if your sales approach doesn’t align with your values, you’ll attract people who feel off and don’t fully commit.

The Difference Between Wrong Clients and Right Clients

Wrong clients will question your prices, drag their feet when it’s time to invest, drain your time and energy, and often struggle to get results because they’re not fully aligned.

Right clients are the complete opposite. They’re excited to work with you, they trust your guidance, they take action and see results quickly, and they’re willing to pay premium because they value transformation, not just information.

When you shift into working with the right clients, business feels light, exciting, and rewarding.

The Mindset Quiz: Where Do You Stand?

One of the tools I use with my clients is a simple reflection I call the Mindset Quiz.

Think about how you respond when sales don’t go as planned:

  1. Do you start questioning yourself and slow down? (Hesitant Seller)

  2. Do you tweak things and try again after overthinking it? (Careful Strategist)

  3. Or do you double down, increase your visibility, and keep inviting people in confidently? (Confident Closer)

The first two mindsets keep you in a cycle of attracting hesitant buyers. But when you step into being a Confident Closer, you naturally call in buyers who trust your certainty and are ready to invest.

My Personal Turning Point

When I first started, I undercharged for everything. I thought lowering my prices would help more people say yes. But what I got were clients who wanted discounts, delayed decisions, and resisted doing the work.

When I finally raised my prices and stood firm in my value, everything changed. I started attracting clients who were serious, committed, and excited to get results. And honestly? It made me love my business again.
